At YEHS We Care we know only too well that the success of our business is directly linked to the quality and dedication offered by our Care Professionals.

In return for your dedication to our service users and our business, “YEHS We Care” offers a range of programmes which we run from time to time to ensure you get the most from being part of our existing team.

Through our Referral Programme we aim to hire more quality staff and to give you an opportunity to earn an attractive Referral Bonus. There is no limit to the number of referees we receive from you (referer), so you can keep earning. Your potential referees might be friends of friends, old colleagues or acquaintances whom you think could become a great carer ready to make real positive difference to our service users’ quality of life. Please read terms and conditions for more details before you proceed to the Referral Form.

Please read Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions before getting started, they must be met in order to receive a Referral Bonus.

  1. You must follow the instructions as per these terms and conditions to send us your referral to qualify for the referral bonus.
  2. Your referral must be received by YEHS We Care in writing using our Referral Form before 30th September 2016 to be eligible for the referral bonus.
  3. There are three ways to send us your referral(s) in writing:
    3.1.Complete the Referral Form online or
    3.2.Email us a scan copy of the Referral Form to recruitment@yehswecare.co.uk
    3.3.Or email us all the relevant information as per the Referral Form questions (including consent) to recruitment@yehswecare.co.uk
  4. The referral reward will be paid ONLY as part of your gross pay and will be subject to tax and national insurance through PAYE. If you are self-employed you will be liable for your own taxes.
  5. The following referrals (referees/individuals) do not qualify for the bonus and are excluded from the programme:
    5.1.Individuals who are currently or in the past were employed or self-employed by YEHS We Care.
    5.2.Individuals who are actively seeking employment or self-employment with YEHS We Care and already applied on their own behalf. For avoidance of doubt, referrals made after the individual applied to YEHS We Care for work are not be valid.
  6. To qualify for the reward, your referee must be recruited, have successfully completed their induction training and started unsupervised work.
  7. You (Referrer) must still be employed or self-employed by YEHS We Care when they start work.
  8. The referral reward is as follows:
    o £200 for a referee
     having no experience as a paid or unpaid care or
     having less or more than 6 months paid care work experience only.
    o £300 for a referee with over 6 months paid care experience plus:
     The Care Certificate, or
     Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or
     Recent (within the last 12 months) experience as a Senior Care worker
  9. You must not refer any individual under this programme where referring him/her breaches any duty you may owe to any other organisation or person.
  10. You agree to refund on demand (without any time limit) any reward where you are found to be in breach of these terms or where the recruited individual leaves during their induction training and before they started unsupervised work.
  11. YEHS We Care reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating them on yehswecare.co.uk website.
  12. You agree that YEHS We Care’s decision is final.
