Carer Introductory Service
When you’ve taken that first step in deciding you want a live-in carer, but would prefer someone who works solely with you, on your terms and embodies the kind of traits that you feel comfortable with, the next step is taking someone on, and here is where things can often become a little confusing when trying to do this alone.
It’s so important for us to ensure you get the RIGHT carer for YOU, one that not only understands your requirements and is fully experienced and qualified to provide the high standard of support expected as standard, but also someone you can relate to, build a long standing relationship with, and someone who has nothing but your beast interests at heart!
With so many carers available, from so many different avenues not only can it be very confusing where to go and who to accept help from, but it can also be difficult to know how to check in the first instance whether or not that carer truly is a perfect match for you.
This is where our dedicated team comes into play.
We act as an introductory agency, where we introduce you to self-employed carers who we have vetted and checked before hand, while carrying out our necessary ‘quality checks’ to ensure they are a good match to you and your requirements, before you have the final say in who you would like to take on as your career and specify the length of time you would like them to stay with you.
This is a great option if you want to manage your carer yourself, therefore you would be responsible for paying your carer directly and outlining what tasks you would want/need them to complete as and when you feel they are required.
